1. General
The general terms and conditions of operating the online store ROWING.SI are drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Electronic Commerce Act (ZEPT), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The online store ROWING.SI is managed by SPORT OLYMPUS, D.O.O., LESCE, VAT number: 92056555, registration number: 1226983, which also provides e-commerce services (hereinafter: the provider). By using the online store, the user confirms that they are familiar with the general terms and conditions and agree to them.
2. Ordering and Purchase Process
Purchasing in the online store is possible as a registered user or as a guest.
Purchase procedure:
1. Selecting products and adding them to the cart
2. Entering delivery details
3. Choosing a payment method
4. Reviewing the order and submitting it
5. Confirming the order via email
The order is fully confirmed once the buyer receives a confirmation email. From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the customer.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices in the online store are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT. The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices are valid at the moment of order placement.
Payment options:
• Payment by credit or debit card
• Payment via bank transfer
In case of prepayment, the buyer must settle the amount within 3 business days, otherwise the order will be canceled.
4. Delivery and Delivery Times
The provider will deliver the ordered goods within 3-7 business days after receiving payment, unless otherwise specified for individual products. Delivery is carried out by contractual partners (Pošta Slovenije, GLS, DHL, etc.). Delivery costs are clearly stated at the time of purchase. If the customer does not accept the package upon delivery, the provider is not obliged to resend it.
THE CUSTOMER, BEFORE AGREEMENT, MAY PICK UP THE GOODS IN PERSON FROM THE PROVIDER.
5. Right to Withdraw from the Contract and Return of Goods
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to notify the provider of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Return procedure:
1. The buyer sends a written notice of withdrawal to [email address].
2. The goods, unopened and in original packaging, are sent back to the provider's address.
3. The provider refunds the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods unless the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered by the provider. Custom-made products are not subject to return.
6. Complaints and Warranty
If the received product does not meet the description or has a defect, the buyer may file a complaint. The provider will handle complaints within the legal period of 8 days. For certain products, a warranty applies, specified in the warranty card or on the invoice.
7. Personal Data Protection
The provider commits to protecting personal data in accordance with GDPR and Slovenian legislation. Personal data are used solely for processing orders and communication with the customer. The user has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data.
8. Limitation of Liability
The provider is not responsible for possible errors on the website (e.g., incorrect prices, stock). In case of detected errors, the buyer will be informed and allowed to cancel the order.
9. Complaints and Disputes
Complaints can be sent by email to [email address]. The provider will attempt to resolve all disputes amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled by the competent court in KRANJ. The buyer has the right to out-of-court dispute resolution via the SRPS platform (online consumer dispute resolution) at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
